Will I own my artwork?
Yes! We release all rights to artwork created (with the exception of use in our portfolio) once final payment has been received.
Can I manage my own website?
Absolutely! We work with clients to provide sites that we manage, as well as those that can be managed by you or other members of your organization. Talk with us about your project needs so we can build a site that is just right for you.
What if my business is outside the Eugene/Springfield area?
No problem. We work with clients both locally and nationally. If you are outside of the Eugene/Springfield area, please contact us so we can discuss the best communication methods for your project.
What kind of guarantee do you provide?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, neither are we and we'll work to make it right. We do not offer refunds for work already performed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment in the form of cash, check and major credit cards.
When is payment due?
Depending on the scope of the project, we will ask for either payment in full or a deposit (generally 50% of the project total) in order to begin work. If a deposit is collected, the balance will be due when the first milestone of your project is reached (we'll define this milestone in your contract). Please contact us to discuss the details of your project and payment requirements.
