Here at Ruby Porter we have been very busy. Here is a little bit of what we have been working on.

Trusted Hands Day Spa is a client of ours located in Atlanta, GA. They came to us for help with their website and logo. Their website had become out of date and they wanted something modern and fresh that would be easier to use and more aesthetically pleasing. They also wanted a logo that better conveyed to customers the services they provide. Here are the before and after photos of the work we did for our client:

What a transformation! We designed a logo that better conveys what Trusted Hands Day Spa does, massage therapy. For their website we designed a site that has more modern and professional feel. Additionally we made it much easier for customers to navigate. For more of our recent work check out our Facebook page.

Here at Ruby Porter we love to give back to our community. Recently we did so by donating a poster design to a client who organizes the Steep Hill Chase run. Steep Hill Chase is an annual event that benefits our local Special Olympics. They turned to us to help them increase their number of participants in the run. To do this, we redesigned their event poster, one of their primary marketing tools. We updated the look of the poster giving it a more modern and audience appropriate look. Take a look at the transformation below:

What a huge difference a new design can make! Because the new design has a more timeless look, our client will be able to use this design in years to come. We redesigned the poster to increase the level of professionalism for the event. The more participants our client gets for the Steep Hill Chase, the more is donated to our local Special Olympics. What a great cause!

Cheers,

Ruby Porter Marketing + Design was recently selected to work with the Ice Sports Foundation of Lane County to assist them in reaching their mission objectives of maintaining, promoting and supporting the ice sports community of Lane County. The first major task at hand is raising $2.4 million for repairs to the Lane Ice Center. Want to learn more? Visit www.chillatlaneicecenter.com

Ruby Porter Marketing + Design is once again working with local non-profit Alvord-Taylor Independent Living Services to help them raise the necessary funds that allow them to provide services for their developmentally disabled clientele. Our current project involves the creation and promotion materials for A Night of Knights: Star Wars baseball game with the Eugene Emeralds on July 24th, 2010. If you are a Star Wars fan (of any age) and would enjoy seeing the 501st Legion and getting autographs and pictures taken with Star Wars characters, come out to the ball game and support Alvord-Taylor. Buy tickets and show your support for this great organization.

Ruby Porter Marketing + Design is excited to announce that Joyen Pendowski has been selected to handle the graphics for this year's FOOD for Lane County benefit, Chefs' Night Out, which will take place April 6th, 2010. This is the one of the organization's largest fundraisers and Ruby Porter is honored to be supporting the work they do to feed the hungry in our community. If you're not familiar with FOOD for Lane County and all the good work they do, check out the FFLC website to learn more.
